Int’l tribunals are not necessary – Fonseka

Former Army Commander, Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka stated that international tribunals would not be necessary for the punishment of wrongful Army officers.

He said that the existing judiciary system within the country would be sufficient to deal punishments to the soldiers accused of wrongful deeds.
